Do you ship internationally?

Yes, SoHo Accessories ships to locations within Canada.

And shipping is free everywhere in the United States?

Yes, standard shipping is free in the U.S.  We use the United States Postal Service definition of the U.S. so it does not include an overseas U.S. Possession, territory, or Freely Associated State.

Do you sell gift certificates?

At this time, SoHo Accessories does not offer gift certificates.  Please check back with us frequently to see when this service is offered.

How do I track my order?

When you complete your purchase with us, we immediately send you a confirmation email with your purchase details.  When your items ship, we will send you an additional email containing your shipping details and tracking information (if applicable).  Please follow the instructions included in the email to track your package.

If you are still experiencing difficulties locating your package, please email soho@sohoaccessories.com with "shipment" in the subject line.

I'd like to exchange/return my item.  How do I do that?

SoHo Accessories guarantees your satisfaction!


Returns/exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Purchases made by credit card will be credited to your account, all other forms of payment will be refunded by company check.  You will not be charged additional shipping for exchanges.
